Hear from our community members and partners
Individuals who took the initiative to establish the Organization and are recorded in the Register of Members.
Individuals admitted after establishment, subject to eligibility criteria and Board of Directors approval.
Conferred upon individuals who have rendered distinguished service in community development or medical work. Limited to one per calendar year.
Non-profit institutions engaged in development activities, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
Membership is voluntary for individuals aged 30+ who can actively support TECHSO’s mission.
Members must be of sound mind, uphold good conduct, and adhere to the constitution.
Applicants should embrace advocacy, capacity-building, and technology-driven health solutions.
All categories—including associate institutions—are admitted upon approval by the Board of Directors.
Founder & ordinary members attend meetings, vote, inspect records, and stand for elective offices.
Members can join trainings, contribute to advocacy, and help mobilize resources for health programs.
Associate and honorary members support initiatives, share funding leads, and represent TECHSO publicly.
The highest decision-making body of TECHSO
Oversees the strategic direction and governance of the organization
Manages day-to-day operations and implementation of programs
Presides over General Meetings, serves as official spokesperson, protects member interests, oversees daily activities, and serves as bank account signatory.
Supports the Chairperson and assumes duties in their absence, elected by General Meeting from among Board Members.
Calls meetings, arranges office schedules, prepares reports, serves as bank signatory, keeps official documents, processes membership applications, and maintains asset records.
Receives and safeguards funds, prepares budgets, controls day-to-day finances, maintains financial records, prepares statements, and serves as bank account signatory.
Coordinates organizational activities and programs, ensuring effective implementation of TECHSO's objectives and initiatives.
Appointed by General Meeting to serve on the Board of Directors, contributing to strategic decision-making and governance.

TECHSO (Technology Oriented Initiatives and Community Health Support Organization) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving community health services through innovative technology solutions, training programs, and medical facility support in Tanzania.
You can donate through our website using the donation form. We accept donations in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). All donations go directly towards supporting our community health initiatives, medical facilities, and training programs.
TECHSO offers several programs including: Technology Solutions for medical facilities, Health Worker Training, Medical Facilities establishment, Partnership & Collaboration, Capacity Development, and Medical Assistance for needy beneficiaries.
